Incorporation / Start-up

The decision of whether to incorporate or form an LLC is an important one for most businesses.  It is not one which should be rushed into without first consulting with competent legal counsel.  All to often we find that start-up businesses have formed the incorrect type of entity, improperly formed an entity, or simply formed an entity they did not need to through the use of a legal form company such a Legalzoom.  These businesses often end up spending far more money having us "fix" what they did without proper legal counsel than they would have spent simply having us do it the right way in the first place.

In an effort to save clients from wasting time and money on such counterproductive our office is now pleased to offer a free initial consultation for businesses considering incorporporating.

That initial consultation generally takes about one hour during which we will find out about your businesses needs and goals and help you decide whether it makes sense for your business to incorporate or form an LLC.  We will also explain the various types of entities and their benefits and drawbacks so that you can make an informed decision.  During the meeting we will also discuss other potential legal pitfalls specific to your business, so that you may take steps to guard against them as well.
